## Beginner setup plan

1. Export a clean transparent PNG of your own or licensed mark. Specify physical width in millimetres, fabric, hoop, maximum colours, and minimum lettering size with the shop.
2. Load the design into Stitch AI. Set the physical size, inspect region directions and stitch density, and simplify details the machine cannot reproduce cleanly.
3. Export the Tajima DST and production sheet together. DST does not carry colour information, so preserve thread order and confirm the machine accepts the format and hoop size.
4. Ask the operator to sew one sample on the intended fabric. Photograph front and back, note puckering and thread breaks, revise as needed, and approve the sample before batch pricing.
